How to Tie the Tie

This can take a bit of practice, but play around with it and you’ll get it in no time!  Some people like to put a small safety pin in back to hold the tie in place.

Place your tie like this around the neck piece.

Bring the back of the tie across the front.

 

Take this same piece up around the back so it looks like a normal tie knot.

 

Now tuck the back piece (that was sticking up) through the front knot. 

 

Now move that little piece that is sticking out of the front to the back.  You just have to slide it around to the right.  

 

Turn over and tighten the knot by pulling on the two neck pieces.  Pull both upwards and outwards on neck pieces.

 

 And here is your tied tie.
